The First Stone Oven

Founder Marco Deluca opens the first Round table pizza location in Matteson, IL, with a hand-built stone oven, family recipes and an unshakeable belief in quality.

2004

Signature Dough Recipe

After years of refinement, the iconic round table dough recipe is finalized — slow-fermented for 48 hours, hand-stretched to order. It becomes our defining signature.

2010

Expanding Across Illinois

Driven by demand and loyal customers, Round table pizza opens three new locations across Illinois, bringing the round table experience to thousands more families.
